A : A Digital Video Recorder (DVR) is a device that records video as well as audio in a digital format to a disk drive or other memory medium within a device.
Q : Which DVR model is better between Stand-alone and PC Based DVR?
A : The choice really depends on your surveillance needs. In comparison, PC-based DVR's have more advanced features, more options for upgrades and systems expansions than stand-alone models. It is the main reason that most large institutions such as banks utilize PC-based models rather than stand-alone DVRs.

Also, check the camera jack is connected securely. If image is still showing abnormal, check DVR driver and graphic card driver is installed correctly. Contact technical support for further instructions.
Q : Why is the performance of Remote Playback unsteady?
A : This is not a DVR problem, but is affected by the bandwidth of internet connection. Try it in a different time of the day. If it is still too slow, you may need to upgrade your internet connection to faster speed.
